My Journey:

From Corporate Leadership to Executive Coaching


I’ve walked the path of leadership myself. My career has taken me across industries, continents, and boardrooms, giving me a deep understanding of the real challenges leaders face every day. Before becoming an executive coach, I spent 14 years in blue-chip companies, including IBM and John Keells Holdings (JKH), where I held senior leadership positions such as Head of Corporate Communications at JKH, and Channels Manager at IBM Sri Lanka.

These roles shaped my expertise in strategic leadership, executive communication, business development, and corporate governance – insights I now use to help leaders like you thrive in high-pressure business environments.
